Required for Power Plants and Water Distillation Plants

We require manpower for Power Plants and Water Distillation Plants and Other Facilities of MEW Project. Candidates must have operation experience in Modern Steam Power Plant with a minimum unit size of 150MW preferred. Maintenance experience in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Chemical in Large Scale Power Plants preferred.

01. Consultant Engineer - Mechanical for Power Station Projects
A) Mechanical Administration:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university with minimum 20 years in projects of Large Power Plants with High Pressure Boilers, Steam Turbines, Electrical Generators and Gas Turbines. Must be knowledgeable of all aspect of the process involved in power plants and their accessories. Should have full knowledge in Design Engineering, technical Specification preparation and study of power projects. Ability to solve any Technical Problems related to design, Project Execution on site, and preparation of technical reports. Experience in Mechanical Maintenance of Power Plant equipments. Experience in gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers and heat exchanger units and auxiliary station of the steam and gas stations. Should be computer literate and have exposure in Project Management and ability to manage and motivate a team of people.

B) Planning Administration:
Minimum Experience of 20 years in managing Projects for power station (steam and gas turbine) and water distillation projects. Study of technical specification, ability to plan time schedule, and follow up with projects and Fault analysis.

C) Distillation Projects:
Minimum Experience of 20 years in projects of water distillation projects, preliminary studies, technical specifications, contractor evaluation, checking of design and drawings and follow-up with site mechanical works related to power station and water distillation station. Must have experience in Evaporators, pumps, heat exchangers, pipes, valves, pressure vessels, reservoirs and equipment, air compressors, Dosing equipments and special equipment for sea water, including the filters of sea water intake area and chlorine injection equipment.

02. Specialist Engineer – Mechanical for Power Station Projects

Having a computer literate, should have exposure in Project Management and ability to manage and motivate a team of people.

B) Distillation Projects:
Minimum Experience of 20 years in projects of water distillation preliminary studies, technical specifications, study of projects, contractor evaluation, checking of design and drawings and follow up with site Electrical activities. Must have experience in Switch gears (HV, MV and LV), Control Circuit, Motors, DC Equipments, etc.

05. Specialist Engineer – Electrical for Power Station Projects
Must have a degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum experience of 15 years in projects of Large Power Plants with High Pressure Boilers, Steam Turbines, Electrical Generators and Gas Turbines. Must be knowledgeable of all aspect of the process involved in power plants and their accessories. Project execution on site and preparation of technical reports. Knowledge of DCS system Engineering and evaluate control System Loop. Working experience in Design and Engineering in Power Plant Boiler and Turbine Control System. Should be computer literate and should have exposure in Project Management.

B) Distillation Projects:
Minimum Experience of 20 years in projects of water distillation preliminary studies, technical specifications, study of projects, contractor evaluation, checking of design and drawings and follow up with site Instrumentation and control equipments, temperature transmitter, pressure, flow and control circuit and protection, analyzer, control system (DCS)., etc.

08. Specialist Engineer – Instrumentation for Power Station Projects
Must have a Degree in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum experience of 15 years in projects of Large Power Plants with high Pressure Boilers, Steam Turbines, Electrical Generators and Gas Turbines. Must be a knowledgeable of all aspects of Instrument & Control System involved in all the process in Power Station and its accessories. Must have knowledge in Design, Engineering Technical specification preparation and study of Power Projects, ability to solve any technical problems related to design. Project execution on site and preparation of technical reports. Knowledge of DCS System Engineering and evaluate Control System Loop. Working experience in Design and Engineering in Power Plant Boiler and Turbine Control System. Should be a computer literate and should have exposure in Project Management.

10. Foreman – Instrumentation for Power Station Projects
Must have an Engineering Diploma or ITI Technical Certificate in Instrumentation & Control / Electronic from a recognized Technical Institute. Minimum Experience of 10 years in Instrument & Control Maintenance, Calibration and Troubleshooting of power plant Instruments and Control Systems, Control Valves, Recorders etc.

11. Consultant Engineer – Civil for Distillation Projects
Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum experience of 20 years in Civil Works in Industrial Projects, experience in Design, Engineering, Review Drawings for Civil Projects, Knowledgeable in the Concrete and steel structures, Sea water intake area structures, Roads, and Buildings, able to supervise the work site in the area of civil works for Industrial projects. Should be computer literate and should have exposure in Project Management.

12. Specialist Engineer – Civil for Power Station Projects
Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum experience of 15 years in Civil Works in Industrial Projects, experience in Design, Engineering, Review Drawings for Civil Projects, knowledgeable in the Concrete and steel structures, Sea water intake area structures, Roads and Buildings, able to supervise the work site in the area of civil works for Industrial Projects. Should be a computer literate and should have exposure in Project Management.

13. Senior Engineer – Civil for Power Station Projects
Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum experience of 10 years in Civil Works in Industrial Projects, experience in Design, Engineering, Review Drawings for Civil Projects, knowledgeable in the Concrete and steel structures, Sea water intake area structures, Roads and Buildings, able to supervise the work site in the area of civil works for Industrial Projects. Should be a computer literate and should have exposure in Project Management

14. Engineer Estimation – Civil
Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum experience of 5 years in Civil Works in Industrial Projects. Must have experience in quantification of work done and verification of interim payments certificates. Must have experience in review technical specifications and legal terms and conditions for the projects. Must have experience in supervising and execution of construction projects, knowledge of handling surveyor tools and checking of design and drawings. Should be a computer literate, computer design applications, should have exposure in Project Management.

15. Specialist Engineer Architecture - Civil
Must have a degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum experience of 15 years in design and execution of Industrial construction projects and preparation and review of design and drawings. Should be a computer literate, computer design applications, should have exposure in Project Management.

16. Senior Engineer Architecture - Civil
Must have a degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum experience of 10 years in design and execution of Industrial construction projects and checking of design and drawings. Should be a computer literate, computer design applications, should have exposure in Project Management.

17. Computer Engineer
Must have a Degree in Computer / electronic Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum experience of 5 years in Design, Installation & setup of TCP/IP Communication networks on CAT 5 UTP and Fiber Optics. Should have Analytical & Trouble shooting skills on Servers, Domain Servers, Broadband Proxy Servers, Client terminals etc., with thorough knowledge of Miscrosoft Windows Server, Advanced Server Operating Systems, other Client Software, firewalls and a good command on Network Administration. Should have handled Networking Projects with Several nodes and Successfully implemented LAN / WAN connectivity solutions.

18. Network Engineer
Must have a Degree in Computer / electronic Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum experience of 5 years in Design, Installation & setup of TCP/IP Communication networks on CAT 5 UTP and Fiber Optics. Should have Analytical & Trouble shooting skills on Servers. Should have handled Networking Projects with Several nodes and Successfully implemented LAN / WAN connectivity solutions. Should have excellent maintenance skills on Computer Networks, Installation of Switches, Routers, Bridges, Gateways, Interface Cards and other related Hardware and Software, preferred to be CISCO and / or Network Security Certified.
