Must have experience in Evaporators, pumps, heat exchangers, pipes, valves, pressure vessels, reservoirs and equipment, air compressors, Dosing equipments and special equipment for sea water, including the filters of sea water intake area and chlorine injection equipment.

Documentation Supervisor
Key Skills: Supervises, manages and coordinates all process and engineering document control activities including preparation and updating of all engineering drawings and keeps the record of all documentation in hard and soft copies.
Job Details: BS degree in Engineering or equivalent(Qualification in document management area will be preferred) with 10 years similar experience in petrochemical plant. He shall be responsible to supervise, manage & coordinate all Process and Engineering Document Control activities including preparation and updating of all engineering drawings. Experience on administration of Engineering Documents management Systems (EDMS) and application soft wares. Oracle Database administration knowledge in order to manage intelligent engineering software’s work as well as engineering data-flow and programming knowledge in VB/PL-SQL to extract engineering reports from Oracle database for in-house application development. Co-ordinate with all other departments to ensure that Document Control activities of plant are correctly prioritized and are performed efficiently. Manage updating of all drawings and documents of plant and projects. Manage all activities required for receiving, maintaining and controlling engineering documents and drawings as per policies and procedures, including the implementation.Maintain and ensure all documentation is up-to-date as well as properly indexed. Coordinate, arrange and supervise reception, storage, archival, retrieval, and deposition of engineering documents as per the policies and procedures. This includes hard copies, electronic/magnetic and optical media, video tapes, microfilms, and radio graphic films. Suggest and develop procedures and guidelines to provide efficiency, quality improvements, and cost savings to the Document and Drawing section. Interface with other departments and contractor personnel in establishing, completing the necessary drawing and document requirements. Prepare short and long term plans for equipment requirements, reference materials, and standards etc related to document control activities. Coordinates with different departments and contractors for the issuance and retention of drawings and documents.
Preferences: AutoCAD software training and skill in using this software as well as other engineering drawing soft ware’s expertise.

Job Details: BS degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 20 years experience in petrochemical plant engineering. Provide technical support and advice to operation, maintenance and other departments in all engineering matters. Review bid documents, engineering drawings and assist Technical Manager to finalize the bid. Arrange kick-off meeting with contractor to start the job. Supervise all engineering activities in coordination with related discipline engineers. Prepare/Review design work connected with minor and major modifications and alterations to existing systems, or the installation of new equipment and systems, whether done in-house by the Maintenance Department or through outside contractors. Develop PM procedures of equipments of plant. Conduct investigation to the accident/incident report. Provide support to the maintenance group in providing design recommendation and other engineering services to operation group for improvement or enhancement of the system. Study and analyze complex or recurring problems relating to plant engineering systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Construction Supervisor
