01. Position Title : Contract Administrator I
Qualification, Skills and Experience :
• BA/BS degree in law or business-related area with minimum 2 years of paralegal and / or experience working in large alliance projects.
• Working knowledge of legal terminology and practices, Ability to prepare initial contract drafts.
• Knowledge of EPC contractual issues, commercial methods, contract change management, disputes and claims prevention skills.
• Exposure to overall project contract planning, Pre-qualification, RFP preparation / issue, negotiation and awarding, as well as, administration and close out of construction and engineering contracts.
Duties :
• Sets up ongoing procedures for collection and review of pertinent information necessary for monitoring of projects.
• Uses Developed procedures to monitor the results of projects.
• Invoice approval and certification, negotiation and handling of change orders and claim prevention / Settlements.
• Verify that standard terms and conditions are applied that payments due under the contracts are paid in a timely fashion, and that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
• Prepare checklist to be filled concerned project engineer for each ITB a pro-action for term & condition to avoid / minimize claim / Disputes
• Provide advice on contractual matters and business controls as requested by the Project management
• Assist in reviewing and developing contracts

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations & standards of local authorities
• Ensure on time submittable of all required reports, documents & information maintaining required level quality & accuracy
• Provide accurate contract terms and conditions to ensure SABIC interest is specified.
Supervision/Decision Making Authority :
• Supervision as per Organization Chart

• Good exposure to overall project contract planning, Pre-qualification, RFP preparation / issue, negotiation and awarding, as well as, administration and close out of numerous construction and engineering contracts
• Provide advice on contractual matters and business controls as requested by the Project management
Duties :
• Same as Contract Administrator I
• Sets up ongoing procedures for collection and review of pertinent information necessary for monitoring of projects.
• Reviews and uses procedures to monitor the results of projects.
• Ensures all existing contracts with customers are managed to the terms of the agreement.
• Verify that standard terms and conditions are applied, that payments due under the contracts are paid in a timely fashion, and that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
• Assist in negotiating and completing contracts with new customers, as well as, distributing executed copies of those contracts to the responsible parties.
Accountability :
• Same as Contract Administrator I
• Ensure that the required mentoring, guiding and measuring performance of any subordinates takes place

• Supervision as per Organization Chart.
